What are your hours?
Monday - Friday   10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday          10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday            Noon to 4:00 p.m.
 
How long will my framing take?
We usually say about two weeks.  If you have something that is a rush we are more than willing to accomodate you, providing that we can.  But just remember then sooner you bring your piece in the sooner we can get it to you.
 
What is the custom framing process?
When you bring in your piece, you and one of our framing consultants will work to find just the right combination of frames and mats.  After you come to a decision and place your order your piece is stored and Jenn, the production manager orders all of your materials.  Once we recieve the materials your piece is mounted, to your specifications, and the matting is cut.  Next, the frame is cut down to size and joined.  Once the materials are cut, your piece is ready to be built.

To start building, the builder will cut the piece of glass that you chose, clean it and place it in the frame.  Next your piece and the matting is cleaned and placed inside.  Before stapling it in, the builder will check to make sure the inside is clean.  The builder then staples the piece in along the edges.  Next the paper is adhered by applying double-stick tape to the back of the frame, placing the paper on top of the tape and cutting the excess away with a special razor.  The hanger is then added, you picture is cleaned one more time and wrapped and ready for you to pick it up.    
 
How will I know my piece is ready to be picked up?
We will call you on the phone number you have given us.
 
What if my piece is to big for me to take it home?
We offer free delivery for orders over $200 in the Milwaukee area.  Otherwise there is a small fee depending on what we are transporting, and where you live.
